This is the easiest recipe but really tasty!!! one of my favourite food. Check out the recipe then try to cook at home. Enjoy!!!
1. Prepare ingredients;
– cooked rice
– egg, chicken
– vegetable such as carrot, kale, tomato, onion, spring onion etc.
– oil, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar
2. First, heat up the oil over medium heat.
Add the garlic and fly until golden brown.
Then add the chicken, stirring well until the chicken is cooked.
3. Once the chicken is cooked, add egg and scramble it until done.
4. Add the rice in and mix well with the egg.
Put the vegetable and stir until it soft. Then add fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar and stir well.
5. Stir thoroughly until vegetable is done.
Then remove from the heat and serve.
