We are thinking Pad Thai, Red curry with bean sprouts, Chicken or pork satay, Spring rolls, stir fried crab with curry powder, deep fried fish with lemon grass. Or if you have any suggestions we are open to ideas. Thanks Jay

Great! There is one thing that we are a little bit confuse about your menu. What is Red Curry with Bean Sprout? Do you mean Red Curry with Long Bean? Let’s talk about this tomorrow when we see each other at the hotel.
      Look forward to meeting you.

Hi! We are going to be staying in Chiang Mai Feb 25 for five nights and were interested in doing a private cooking class (with a healthier menu option). Would this be possible and how much would it cost?
    Thank you!

      Hi Joanna and Jeff,

We could offer you the heathy menu as private class. The price for private class is 2000 baht/person.
If you want to take the class with us please contact us again so we can send you more details and the healthy menus.

      Best regards,

      Boom, Basil

We are currently making plans for our visit to Chiang Mai. We will be staying at Baan Kaew Guest House from March 31 to April 3. We are considering an all-day cooking class on Sat. April 2, or possibly Fri. April 1. Or maybe the evening class on these dates.

Do you have openings for these dates? What is necessary to make a reservation?
We are excited to learn to make the delicious Thai dishes that we read about in Trip Advisor.
